You can now use the AI Assistant to edit any answer that’s awaiting approval. Just type a prompt (e.g., “expand this”), and the assistant will update the answer for you in seconds.

One-Click Approval & Save to Knowledge Base
Once you’re happy with the AI’s output, simply click the Easy Approval button to approve and save the answer directly to your Knowledge Base with no need to leave the page.

Trust Center Links in Knowledge Base
You can now store external Trust Center URLs inside your Knowledge Base. Perfect for referencing data protection resources from tools like Intercom, Vanta, and more.
