The Challenge

Juro was already handling 15–20 security questionnaires per month, with volumes expected to grow ~20% year over year as the company scaled.

Before Vera:

  • Sales reps had to ping legal and security in Slack for nearly every questionnaire
  • Responses lived in Notion and Google Sheets, making reuse difficult
  • Each questionnaire required at least 2–3 people, involving sales, infosec and legal
