Now, every team can have an Agent tuned to its own needs, generating responses tailored to a specific client, product, or even language and tone.
Let every team have its own tailored assistant
From sales’ persuasive tone to legal's precision, every team has its own style. With Custom Agents, you can now design how Vera thinks and answers in every scenario:
- Limit sources: Restrict responses to Documents or Past Answers for team-specific knowledge bases.
- Customise tone and detail: Edit your Agent’s prompt to change language, tone, and level of detail.
- Add to Slack channels: Assign different agents to Slack channels so all interactions automatically use your tailored context (MS Teams integration coming soon...).
Want to start from an existing setup? Simply clone an Agent to build on top of what’s already working, perfect for creating variations for different regions, product lines, or customer segments.
You can also set a Default Agent for your workspace, so every questionnaire, Assistant response, and Slack interaction automatically uses your company specific voice and knowledge base.

Use Agents Anywhere You Work
Once created, Agents can be used across Vera’s ecosystem:
- In Questionnaires: Pick which Agent should answer to match the desired response style and context.
- In the Corner Assistant: Switch between Agents to get ad-hoc answers from different perspectives.
- In Slack: Assign an Agent to a channel so every @Vera response reflects that team’s tone and available sources.
